Goochland High School 7PM
We will vote on the new covenants.

This requires a 60% approval by the 94 homeowners.  As we have several absentee homeowners, it is imperative you vote or turn in a proxy before 7PM Monday.

This effort is a $200 expense despite the donation of the copying, an expense we do not wish to incur again if we fail to get the required proxies/attendees.

If you proxy, you need not go to the meeting.

The proposed covenants were passed by the Association membership.  They will be filed at Clerk's office, superceding the documents created by CENTEX.
